• You should consult a qualified accountant for tax and legal matters
• We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect input

5.2 WhatsApp Integration

Our service operates through WhatsApp Business API. By using A2Z FinChat, you also agree to WhatsApp's Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to:

• Software and source code
• Text, graphics, logos, and icons
• Audio and video content
• Data compilations

Are owned by A2Z360 Digital Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Fees

Certain services may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Billing

For subscription services:

• Billing occurs at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
